The Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act I960

The Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act 1960 are applicable to any co-operative society registered in Maharashtra and having no branches outside Maharashtra. If any state does not have its own state act, the co-operative societies act, 1912 and rules become applicable.
